Marr. 8th July 1887, Grace Underwood Kennedy (died 9th Nov.1889), daugh. of Walter Kennedy, and has issue Archibald Underwood, born 10th Nov. 1888; Grace Underwood Kennedy, born 30th Oct. 1889.
